The Rosemount 214C thermal resistance temperature sensor uses a Pt-100 unit or dual-element thermal resistance (RTD) and covers a temperature range from -196 to 600°C (-321 to 1112°F). This sensor is a special solution with a thin film and winding design for increased application flexibility. The sensor has A number of calibration options, including Class A or Class B sensor accuracy, and also provides a Callendar-Van Dusen constant for transmitter-sensor matching for high accuracy.

The Rosemount 214C sensor is designed for flexible and reliable temperature measurement in process monitoring and control environments.
Features are as follows:
1. The temperature measurement range of the thermal resistance is -321 to 1112 °F (-196 to 600 °C); Thermocouple temperature measurement range from -321 to 2192 °F (-196 to 1200 °C)
2. Industry standard sensor type: PT100 thermal resistance; Type J, type K and type T thermocouples
3. Spring pressure and compact spring pressure sensor installation
4. Certification and certificate of products in dangerous places
5. Calibration services enable you to achieve better sensor performance
6. Calibration certificate is attached to the sensor
