ABB valve positioner V18345-1020121001 is a communication-capable, electronically configurable positioner mounted on a pneumatic straight or angular stroke actuator. 1.1 Aerodynamic performance

If the power is off or the signal is broken, the positioner output 1 (output 2, if any) is locked and the pneumatic actuator holds the valve in its current position. If the air supply is interrupted, the actuator depressurizes.
