The Rosemount 8800 Series Vortex flow meters offer excellent stability with a gasket - and clog-free gauge body that eliminates potential leak points, improves availability, and reduces unplanned process stops. The Emerson Rosemount 8800 Vortex flow meter has a unique design with isolated sensors that allow flow and temperature sensors to be replaced without breaking process seals.

Rosemount 8800 Vortex Flow Meter Specifications:

1. Flowmeter accuracy: When using the 8800 MultiVariable flowmeter (MTA/MCA option), the accuracy of the mass flow rate in water is ± 0.70%.
When using the 8800 MultiVariable flowmeter (MTA/MCA option), an accuracy of ± 2% of the mass flow rate in the water is obtained.
When using the 8800 MultiVariable flowmeter (MPA option), an accuracy of ± 1.3% of the flow rate is obtained at a pressure of 30 psia to 2,000 psia in the steam.
When using the 8800 MultiVariable flowmeter (MCA option), an accuracy of ± 1.2% of the flow rate at 150 psia in the steam is obtained.
With 8800 MultiVariable flowmeter (MCA option), an accuracy of ± 1.3% of flow rate at 300 psia in steam is obtained.
With 8800 MultiVariable flowmeter (MCA option), an accuracy of ± 1.6% flow rate at 800 psia in steam is obtained.
With the 8800 MultiVariable flowmeter (MCA option), an accuracy of ± 2.5% of the flow rate at 2,000 psia in steam is obtained.
Accuracy of liquid volume flow rate ± 0.65% (uncompensated).
Gas and steam volume flow rate ± 1% accuracy (uncompensated).
